THE FOUNDERS

VISHAL SHIVDASANI
Vishal Shivdasani is a co-founder and Managing Partner of the firm and heads up the east cost. He has worked internationally including the UK, India, and the far east.
With an extensive M&A background, he began his finance career as an Investment Banking Analyst in New York City, in 2000 he transitioned to corporate finance as a Senior Financial Analyst. He rapidly advanced up the corporate ladder and distinguished himself by adapting technologies, creating winning teams, and talent identification. With a penchant for entrepreneurship, a predilection for technology and a hefty background in finance and economics; he serves as a Managing Partner at NextStep.
Vishal holds an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Furman University.

FRANK ANISITS
Frank Anisits is co-founder and Managing Partner of the firm and is based in Dubai, UAE, as well as in Munich, Germany.
Frank has extensive experience in the automotive industry in which he worked for nearly three decades. During this time, he served as Co-CEO and COO of a sizable German-based automotive supplier ($1.5B revenues) with assets in Europe, China, India, USA, Mexico and South America. Prior to holding top executive leadership positions, Frank held various positions in multi-national companies such as plant manager and country head in Columbus, Ohio, USA, and production manager in Hungary.
Throughout his career, Frank oversaw and closed multiple international M&A transactions. He established and helped grow new markets in Poland, India, Mexico and Brazil - both as greenfield sites and joint ventures.
